Thanks again for this video of a villa in Marbella. First of all, I would like to admit that I can never afford it myself, but I like to look at it and dream about it. To be even more honest, despite the location and the view, I don't think this villa has the "wow factor". Why not? Each bedroom and bathroom and in fact the entire house is decorated with too much one color palette and is furnished quite simply. For this amount I expect more luxury and better color distribution. The house needs a good interior designer who can give each bedroom a different luxurious experience. I also saw that the concrete on the outside needed attention. For this price range everything has to be perfect. Sorry for my comment, and again, I can never afford it myself, but I have seen so many villas in Spain that I can see whether the price matches the quality or not. Excellent location, very good view, but house design and interior very underwhelming. Wasted prime plot. They should choose better architect. This is not 10mil € villa.

All these The Hills houses have one and the same problem, they are too close to each other and take away each other's privacy and view. Another problem is that most of the bathrooms in those houses are without windows, and all of them have a claustrophobic and too narrow passage on the first floor where the rooms are located. The third problem is, that they all have installed too small tv in rooms and not of the latest generation with a thin frame and for slim fit mounting on the wall like a picture. The fourth problem is, that they don't have such large and spacious walk-in wardrobes. The fifth problem is, they all have Eleiko gym equipment and there should be an expensive Technogym equipment. Also, their garage space is too small, this is the sixth problem there. This last house in the presentation doesn't even have an elevator and a kitchen equipped with different brands of appliances. There are many omissions and errors hidden by a make-up finish. P.S. In the brand Gessi, the letter G is not read as the letter G, it is read 'Dz', the same as in the J in the female name Jessica.
