  1. Can you really beat a mid morning DC in the tub…… nope! I would like the chance to see that for myself, but until then I am glad someone could share it with me! Thanks! God bless you and your dad!

  2. Okay, I'm finally going to take the time to say how much I love your channel and what you do. I absolutely love seeing your relationship with your parents and with Millie and I love the way you show us the world and how to travel. The way you've done your channel is exceptional and I hope you and your family have a lovely year in 2024🎉🎉🎉

  3. I just watched your recent trip on Rovos Rail , so I thought I''d have a look at this again. The reviews for Rovos Rail for 2023 have been very negative: so many delays, and not actually going where they say they're going. I'm now leaning towards the Blue Train, but would like to know if you suffered the same problems with delays, and deferring to freight trains that seem to occur?
Your videos are so informative, so which would you choose?

  4. South African here. I'm a millennial and heard about the Blue Train in my childhood and early teens at school. I had no idea that it still exists! Thing is, our railroads have been abandoned so I thought that along with the majority of our trains sitting gathering dust…the Blue Train was a thing of the past. Thanks for the review and cost. I have driven from Joburg to Cape Town (around 18 hours with regular stops at petrol stations), have taken the bus (around 2 days, with a hundred stops along the way), and have flown there the majority of the times (less than 2 hours). It would be cool to experience this journey on a luxury train!
