Slide the bar up your body so your elbows move behind you and you will only use a fraction of that weight and kill the bis.
Easy curl bar=worst curl bar. Use a straight bar as the easy curl bar does indeed not grow the biceps but the brachialis.

Just a question here. I've heard "curl bars" aren't great because they assist in supination. Also recently saw a video with Jeff ,with a Mentzer voice overlay talking about pull-downs being better for the biceps. So then, would a curl bar for lat pull-downs be better?

This why I like the dumbbell 💪 concertration. Curl. I prefer them most. Other day I did do a heavy curl bar. Look I mix it up. Next arm workout 🏋️♀️ you watch. I do a epic one. Now Jeff for the stretch dumbbell 💪 lift. Should I keep that light. Or go heavy. I do that after my. Pull down compound. Lift. I start that. First. Then into a dumbbell attic curl. Then a stretch dumbell. Then. Finish with a. Concertrain. Curl. Higher reps. Not to heavyweight. For last exercise.

I gor a fix for the biceps problem: stop messing around with barbell curls and start doing lengthened partials dumbbell preacher curls.
This dude is built like my 62 y.o. uncle Earl who always has a pinch in his lip and a warm beer in his left hand.
I do curls, hammers, concentration curls , I feel the pump, my biceps are gonna exploit but next day I don't feel the sore.
The same when I do triceps…
