  2. When you talked about peanut butter you didn't tell anybody get natural peanut butter with no salt, and at the process of natural peanut butter with no salt like almond butter is much better to eat or other nuts that is turned into peanut butter like cashews and other things that don't have salt.

  3. Rice and lentils are very high carb and should be avoided. No way one should eat all of these every day. Too many calories and carbs.

  4. I can't eat beans and olive oil can put weight on you so use lightly. If you have hashimotos with your diabetes? Stay away from nightshades and gluten. Peanut butter also makes me sick.

  5. I actually eat Sunflower (seed) butter instead of Peanut butter; it's a bit healthier! I usually eat 2-3 spoonfuls in the morning before taking my supplements that require to be taken with some fat.

  6. Beans and Lentils and brown rice aweful choices too much carbs. Dark Chocolate is bad choice as well since people going to overeat it to pass recommended amount of carbs.

  7. There is no good water for drinking for lakhs of people where to eat you said fruits why can't you people invent medicine for permanent cure of diabetes instead of telling these cock bull stories

  8. Avocados taste horrible & look like baby shit! I absolutely refuse to eat them. That's one thing on this diet that needs to go! I'm a meat eater but I try to buy the leanest that I can afford. I really love fish & seafood. I HATE greasy food. It upsets my stomach badly.

  9. Yeah, right! You tells us all this crap but are you going to pay for it? I'm on SSI, Food Stamps, & Medicaid. I CANNOT AFFORD all those expensive foods that diabetics are supposed to eat! I barely get by some months!

Until there is a way found for diabetics to be able to get EVERYTHING we need, don't expect us to follow this "diet". Every damn Doctor I know tried to get me to follow a "diet" but they don't want to help pay for it because the food is expensive for low income diabetics.
Get real, dude, it's not gonna happen!

  10. Clean Keto/carnivore diet, intermittent fasting, and taking personal responsibility for ones own weight, metibolic and mental health goes a long way too. Type 2 diabeties is completely reversible much to the dismay of Big Phamra and Dr. Drug Dealer.

  11. Not a bad list overall, though I would cut out the brown rice. Yes, it’s better than white rice, but any grains spike blood glucose. I suggest adding in fatty fish and meat so diabetics can feel full without unnecessary blood glucose spikes. A good list though for those reluctant to eat fat and protein. Helpful video!

  12. Still a lot of old info in this video… Avoid carbohydrates (sugar, bread, grains, pasta, potatoes, soft drinks etc.) as well as unhealthy oils such as canola, vegetable and corn oils. You can literally cure your diabetes by following a "low carb" (Keto) diet. I have done this… Absolutely avoid anything "diet" or "low-fat". Fat is not your enemy, simple carbs are!
