  1. I've done a similar recipe for the potato cubes. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne and then put them in the pan with butter and cook them until they're crispy.

  2. I said it once and I'll say it again, low fat is not healthy, it's the opposite! Get some olive oil and butter going, cut the carbs and seed oils and add some fucking vegetables aka fiber, that's all

  3. You need to revise this video. Pink salt is a curing salt also called Prague powder used in making bacon and sausage. I think you mean Himalayan pink salt which is just salt. Just say salt.

  4. 800gr 850kcal, 700gr potatoes 500kcal, 8 eggs 600kcal = 1950kcal, and this is without all the butter oil and chipotle sauce, 800-900kcal a meal and thats a big difference if you are on a diet

  5. How do you feed butter grass? It won’t eat anything but my dog’s leftover toenails . I give this an F bc these instructions are so unclear
