Nobody ever mentions the type of potato to use. If anybody is wondering those are Gold potatoes. They have a significantly different taste than russet potatoes. They have more of a sweetness to them.

I've done a similar recipe for the potato cubes. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne and then put them in the pan with butter and cook them until they're crispy.

You need to revise this video. Pink salt is a curing salt also called Prague powder used in making bacon and sausage. I think you mean Himalayan pink salt which is just salt. Just say salt.
800gr 850kcal, 700gr potatoes 500kcal, 8 eggs 600kcal = 1950kcal, and this is without all the butter oil and chipotle sauce, 800-900kcal a meal and thats a big difference if you are on a diet
