When you are dealing with someone who is out of control, only a spiritual being manifesting from the soul can handle the role. When you commit a series of crimes one after another, you must pay for the offenses when they are uncovered. This is my purpose for mankinds laws, this applies for each and all it's called just cause. You may appeal case after case, if you have committed crimes they are not conveniently erased. When you continue to lie one after another, it stands to reason that you are bound for trouble. It matters not how many hearings you hold, when lies you tell and they are told. If you are confused about truths and false, this is when therapy must be sought. For some they have no sense of logic, they lack cosmic conscious. This is what you must have, if eternal living is to last. If you want to rule on a world stage, you must first know how to behave. This comes with patterns and instincts, you must know how to think. Some say that there is a method to the madness, for many they sow the seeds for the clashes. Examine yourself and if this applies to you, seek help and follow through. I am YAHWEH the cure for every remedy, you must know that I am your identity.

Narmer Menes was the first Pharoh of Egypt and he was a black man.
Does this bear any similarities to the African slave trade? Where Caucasians, I believe trying to justify their role in the slave trade; said there were African "slave owners". But something I read awhile back said, "a more accurate depiction of these slaves would be prisoners of war". As when African tribes went to war, the survivors of the defeated tribe were taken prisoner; as opposed to being killed. But as resources were scarce, the survivors were made to contribute to their own upkeep.
