  1. I have 100m naira cash. Saved after 14 yrs overseas.
What business can I start. Planning on moving to naija permanently…but am scared of kidnaps and robbers.
    Advise me my pple

  2. I'll take Nigeria any day to live in Lagos then Philadelphia there's people killing people and raping people in poor daylight and nobody does anything so to say you're scared to go to Nigeria don't think about coming to Philadelphia

  3. There will come a time people won't even be able to return to Nigeria because by then, Nigeria would have also turn to a credit based so society where people will live in debt

  4. The first caller, Abbey nailed it.You can never ever be rich in Germany. If you like, take up 4 jobs in a day for 365 days in a year, you will never ever be wealthy.i left Germany after 8 years for the USA,the difference is just too much and Naija is still my last bus stop.

  5. Phrankleen, $130,000 is solid money to have in Nigeria, assuming one has a house and a car/mode of transportation. The house element is the killer. If you don't own a house and you have to rent, that money will go quickly. My take as a Diasporan who relocated to Ghana from the States.

  6. He should invest in real estate first back in Nigeria. Flip it around for sometime in real estate. If he is interested, he should contact me, I will show him what he can buy with $30ml only and in a few years, he will make the money back.

  7. While this person is thinking of investments, I will suggest fixing this money for 1 year.
$100k is almost N40M, 5% interest is $2M per annum.
$30k is enough to buy 2-5 acres in Ondo state, maybe build a 3 bedroom bungalow.
Fixed deposits, real estate first two basic starting points.

  8. Please relocate with just $30k and keep $100k abroad. It depends on what you plan to do and where to live. Please do not let anyone knows that you have this kind of money. Be careful.

  9. Woaw ..This is one of your best videos l've watched..JR just answered some of my worries. Presently l'm back home and trying to figure out what l can do ." My family doesn't know I"m here , I blocked some of them "🤣🤣🤣he spoke directly to me . Thank u Phrankeen for this platform.. Thank u.. will have to watch this video again ..

  10. Expanding my horizon by getting top travel credit cards that gives you perks while traveling like airport business lounges, complementary upgrades etc. As long as I am not breaking the bank!

  11. @Phrankleen, please I need JR's contact information. Be it LinkedIn or email. He is the kind of mindset I need to add in my tribe and network. Will reach out via email

  12. 🤣😂😅😄 Phrankleen are you freaking kidding me…my brother, all I need is 20 or $25,000 plus 72 hours, then watch
and what I'd do🌍🌍 ✈️✈️🏃🏃🆘🆘🇺🇲🇺🇲 ladies and gentlemen we are now traveling in Africa's airspace we'll be arriving shortly so sit back and relax.

  13. $130K is a lot of money that can make u blow in business in Nija if you are business incline but you must avoid this three set of people 1.toxic family members 2.pastors and prophets unnecessary friends.

  14. How could a professional like a doctor trained in Europe function in Nigeria? There is no health insurance. Who would pay for my surgery? I would passionately want to help but would also like to feed my family from my talent. If I get a CT-scan and equip a theater, buy the drugs, who would pay me, knowing that I am not the red cross. One love!

  15. Some parts of Nigeria are still realatively safe, especially the cities, of course with some level of carefulness, modest lifestyles and atimes self funded security measures. Traveling between states in Nigeria can be VERY risky! The person can however test the waters first by vacation in naija before making the decision of relocation. He can reach out to people living in other African countries before moving there though. #peace.

  16. Land banking as the caller said is best business you can ever think about cuz Land never depreciate rather appreciate and I invested in Land and knows what he's talking about

  17. Do not carry that $130k to Naija.
The Naira becomes half the value every few years. The government is not doing anything to stop the devaluation. Some of the money if invested would loose value from day one. Buy a good house with mortgage we’re you live, buy or set up a food business. The Nigeria dream has to be investigated and planned, Do that as a side hustle in a few years and grow it gradually, Do put all your eggs in one basket that is in Naija.
I know a lot of successful Naija people who are bringing what is left of their money to start afresh in the diaspora. They are not slavery mentality people. A lot of people sell up and go back and loose everything,

  18. CORRECT! That gentleman JR nailed it.
People are truly divided into workers or entrepreneurs! If you are employee minded, you will not make it! I've seen it several times over..people losing all, because they are just not cut for business. Period!
You need TRUE GRIT, a great idea/s, solid, not sentimental plans on how to advance, acquired necessary info on your idea/s, quiet patience, quality mentors….and (for me)prayers!
Prayers are important for necessary divine guidance concerning all people who cross your path whether for good or for ill.

  19. That’s stating the obvious .. 130K is a lot of dough even for most white Americans .. many of them will move to Africa if you gave them 130K . For most of us here in diaspora struggling, we only need a flight ticket to move back to Nigeria .

  20. It is always those without the means that complain about not going to Nigeria. Most people I know that have the money just breeze in and out without any fanfare. The broke brothers are the ones dreaming about moving in a convoy before they travel to Nigeria to show that they have arrived. Flights from Europe to Nigeria are always fully booked even in this COVID era. People are making their moves. Let the naysayers live in their Western paradise. Last last, by 70 years everyone of us will be tired and the worst life is a life of regrets.

  21. You are your own boss you make good money and you spend less because you don’t have mortgages, and a lot of bills, even if you make less money you still can save more than a person who lives in the west because you have less bills
