Flo, I do not like egwusi soup. Anytime I cook it, I hardly eat it. I feel guilty I don't make it for my family. maybe, I will be making it really small like what you did instead of big pot. I ate one egwusi years ago at a presidential hotel in PH and till today, I still remember the taste. it was actually a bet from my people when I kept on rejecting egwusi soup, they took me there to eat egwusi soup and what a soup. Has been trying to replicate that but no way. There is tomatoe in it. Maybe, its egwusi stew. It was so sweet. Yet to reconcile how tomato can be used to make egwusi soup with my igbo mindset. Can't even try it. Please can you make it one day so I can learn. People have been looking at me strangely anytime I say I don't like egwusi.
I like that "share equally, no cheating"😄. Thnx for all your wonderful recipes ♥️
Good day ma'am i have been following your channel and have learned alot especially egwusi soup am from Anambra state Anaocha LGA to be precise. Since i dropped out of school (unizik) due to finance i started working and saving so i can run a food business then i stumbled on your page and it was as though i was registered for an online class i was born a good chef anyway 😂 but i learnt more from you. I'll be glad to put all what i have learned from you into practice, since ill be opening my small food business come January. At least i can go back to school. 🎉 💃🫂

Hmmmm, weldone aunty flo, hubby was carving for the soup,me not a fan of egusi soup at all, so i have been dogding, then your video pooped up, learnt method 3 from my late mum, method 2 from my igbo friends, which I know you love, as for method 1, mbano, big no, my brother got admission at nsukka, you must chew egusi by force. So I do use 2&3 as the mood leads,
