YOOH !
Love the recipe but I can tell it was pre sliced 😉
Good way to go 😊😊😊
That doesn’t look like good beef
my only problem with making jerky myself is the electricity needed with an Dehydrator or an Oven… both methods are expensive for me 🙁 i tried making Air Dryed Jerky (Biltong) and it worked fine 🙂 takes alot more time (like a week) but works with way less energy consumption 🙂
I don't want soy what alternatives do i have
Easy??? Who has a dehydrated at home??? 🙄
This is an add for the machine! Not how to make jerky. DO NOT RECOMMEND CHANNEL.
Hi everyone, i think i got the answer but it's degree celcius or farenheight ?
Why not crush the peppers so they cover each individual piece❓
JERKY MARINADE: 2 lb's or so lean beef
1 cup Kikoman Teriyaki
2/3 cup Brisket Sauce
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbls ea dried minced garlic & onion
2 beef bullion (1 per lb/meat)
Bring mixture to a slow boil, allow to thoroughly cool
Pour over sliced meat, mix very well, place in ziploc bag & fridge for 24-36 hours (rotate over once or twice) and then dehydrate it in whatever way you choose.
Your Welcome!
So refreshing to Worcestershire pronounced right.
I don’t
you know there's this brand called PS Seasoning that sells at home jerky kits and has EVERYTHING you'd need to make it!
140 degrees? Better bump that up to 156-160 minimum. (Don't get; sick 🤢,)
It’s not worth is takes to long for literally 9 bites
Is that jerky clear mental handicap ?
There is NO WAY, I would use all of that electricity, for 1 rack😮😮
Spray veggie oil on the splitters to lube every thing and cut your meat in half the long way enjoy
In stead of cutting the meat ,you can go to VEVOR get the 2 in 1 meat tenderizer and jerky stripper works well or get the electric one

sprinkle the pepper on when it's wet. it will stick better. and the 145 temp is a bit low food safety wise.
Please do not waste meat on this recipe.. A couple more seasonings and it would be ok but soy sauce, worcestershire and pepper? Come on, be better.
Good stuff!….I'll be making me some Beef Jerky!!! 😊
