  3. Guys, stop lying to our people. Don't encouraging our people to leave hand to mouth. Cash is King ……….and use your cash for ownership. If you bought it through the banks ……you do not own it , the banks do …….I bought my land Cash and I do not owe anyone, I am not a slave to interest rates ……..Infact I really I do not care about how high or low the interest rate.

Imagine having to pay for a bond, municipality rates and still renovate the property. That's cash flow suicide, Guys buy your properties Cash. Leave your families with proper wealth for your families don't use banks to pretend you are wealthy.

  4. Witness you ask bad questions. And you dont follow up when needed. Learn from successful hosts and improve! Ask guests what the audience would like to know and not what you want to know.
