At most, those houses and apartments are worth 5 times less money. At most. Even at that price point they would be rather expensive, and in no way an investment. They aren't really extraordinary, just your average 400k $ house
A Nigerian American asking from the heart…Calling high dollars is NOT the magic bullet. Why would anyone in their right mind spend that kind of money in Nigeria when you don’t have any good health infrastructure, no functioning policing or 911 systems and even the so called one percent of the so called one percent come overseas for schools and medical treatment??? Build the infrastructure first before calling such price.
In a city where there is very limited means of transportation and outside of the gated community, chaos and extreme poverty is the order, there is no way any serious minded person who works hard for their money would consider these houses as worthy of even a tenth of their prices. Just building up a couple of houses in a gated community and including all manner of gadgets and features does not automatically make it a luxurious place.
3 million dollars here Philippines is worth a mansion
Might be better off buying a home in kenya,Ghana,Namibia or Rwanda.
In North America, these losers would be less than average 😅😅😅
Inside smelly Lagos o. God abeg. If I have such money, I would rather buy in Dallas, TX or Dubai, UAE.
This is what Africa can do without corruption
Africa’s Pack of Fraudsters
God forbid.
If I was given free I would not take it.
Their children will be the ones to suffer if they survive it.
Stupid nonsense. Do they know what $3,000,000 is?
Take that money to the US and see what you will get. A mansion, plus a whole lot if land.
Dis houses look like one of the houses ola of lagos has sold
Still mediocre shit
3 million dollars? 😅

'Extremely expensive' is one of the value prepositions? 😮

Should be $3 million rupees. I've traveled to Nigeria for work many times… The most I would spend to buy a property is $100k. Max.
0.7 percent of Africa are like this and 99.3 percent are in scammer callcenters and got a house made of dry grass💀🙏
She said “value for money” 💀
It all falls apart at the barrier gate 😂. It all goes to shits after that.
