@KRodCollective

Did any of these solo travel mistakes surprise you? Got any words of advice for new solo female travelers? 💕

@JasenomadeTV

Excellent video and still valid today, the first tip is a must

@andrelake9519

Just booked a hotel, and cancelled my AirBnB for peace of mind. Based on the host's typo-laden response to my apology message, I definitely made the right choice.
Thank you for this great video!

@Jacqueline-l8p

I thinking of Going to Vancouver is it Safe for 3 Weeks solo

@TheFablesOfAzeroth

My biggest fear is my debit cards not working on atms

@HazelGrace-vs9oc

Thank you for this video. I agree abt the gut feeling. Not dissing men, all genders would have intuition to a degree, but in my family of four, only me and my mother follow our guts, even though we end up being told that we are paranoid by my dad and brother.

@kimswrld5321

Hey new subscriber ty for these helpful tips 😊 it was very informative and I appreciate you for sharing experiences of a traveler ❤❤❤

@MyFullFiguredLife

Thank you!!

@cassandradistin2521

The scripture you quoted about not being alone is so true but you gotta use your head also.

@adennega556

2:30 I LOL’D so hard bc the first time I traveled in years to Seattle, I literally left my laptop during the TSA check and pretty much walked off before the TSA guy lifted it into the air and asked if it belonged to someone. Of course, I turn around thinking it’s someone else’s problem, and it was mine 😂, it was my problem 😭 my dad laughed at me and said “you can never travel alone”… but yes, so easy to loose belongs when you travel. Pack light and triple check!!!

@AloneTraveller360-x9n

Nice

@Rdd91skilld

Thank you.

Sadly, Yep, you're right.

@lavettacannon3138

EXCELLENT video – thank you for sharing!❤

@jillmcbain88

Pretty women should not be traveling solos!!!! Do not put yourself if harms way.

@traceyboakyeansah4375

Would it be okay to take pictures of yourself with a tripod would that look normal to locals 😭 or make you at risk for crime

@terriheningburg352

Man or woman, do not expect other people on vaca to be responsible for you. You came by yourself. I came to enjoy my time.

@xiaohanjiang4960

I am curious. Have you done trips to Pigeon Forge alone?

@Nicks7770

Why you going by yourself ❤?

@PeakPepTalks

Can you please talk about what you do for fun during your solo trips

@octaviacoleman8163

I be fighting everyday not to cut my hair man lol 😂 this is so pretty

@octaviacoleman8163

I'm a female traveler and i do all these things even when I'm with my husband. Because I'm very just overly cautious. These are very good tips

@RoseEastyy1

I always post photos of my trip when l'm hope , l don't want anyone on my facebook or anywhere knowing l'm away and potentially break into my house

@robotempire

This video makes me so sad, how much privilege I have traveling alone as a white man.

@AmsterdamMotorTour

Handy advices! Greetings from Amsterdam🇳🇱. I’m actually a local motor tour guide for (solo) travelers, for a new sightseeing experience🏍️📸

@ryancp23353

This video was so helpful, a lot of the stuff on the list I knew what to do and not to do, but your energy just made me so much more confident to do a solo trip so thank you so much

@priyam1317

i will be travelling solo soon..this tips are lifesavers..thank you so much.. 😊😊

@BirgitKyseth

Incredibly good points. I strongly agree on always prioritising your safety despite sometimes not wanting to seem rude for a reason or another. Your safety is way above other peoples emotions. Stay safe ladies

@se2664

I will look up the common scams in Cabo San Lucas . I’m going there in July with my sisters but still I need to know what I’m getting into

@bb1816

Doing my first solo trip for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t be more excited!

@earthaugude289

Excellent video. I'm over 55 and enjoy traveling alone internationally. I will choose some of your other videos.

@juana3835

How about meeting other travellers or people at the hostel I want to connect with? Do I still lie about travelling alone? Obviously if I get a weird vibe from them I‘d lie. But what do I tell people from the same hostel? They will know that I am at least in staying alone at that hostel.
Would love to hear anyone’s opinion 🙂

@angelicwoman9245

I'm on my second solo trip in June 2024 abroad and looking forward to it, the first one was scary but once I got to my destination I enjoyed my own company, felt empowering as a woman. June will be my next one and I can't wait. Go for it, have basic commo sense you'll be fine.

@wryterzblock

That Mac story seems to happen a lot. Yikes.

@rachel.isabelle

Just subscribed, your content is so helpful! I've been solo travelling for 3 years, thought I knew a lot but your videos are showing me that there's still more for me to learn 😂

@theamethyst93

I once left my work laptop in an airport bathroom. I freaked out and started crying but luckily for me it was still there 😂

@LoganRodriguez-hl3ou

Your comment about Trusting Your Gut has ALWAYS served me well. The times I didn’t listen and tried to accommodate friends and family, or cut corners to save a dollar SOMETHING ALWAYS HAPPENED. Usually something that would inconvenience me or put me in bad space mentally, financially, etc. So, I agree 100%!! I’d rather be Safe and wrong about what could’ve happened than unsafe and right about the feeling I had.

@worldadventuretravel

I love traveling alone and PREFER it. I want to move organically through a place and be able to experience the people, the culture, and all the sensory things unique to an area. Having other people with me is distracting. I also don't want everything to have to be aa democratic discussion over how long we stay somewhere, what we do, whether we accept an invitation from a local or check out something we spot while there, etc. I want to be fully free to guide my experience according to my travel preferences. The only way I'd enjoy having someone with me more than being myself is if their travel style is exactly like mine. The only thing that sucks is that being female makes certain parts of the world that I really want to experience off-limits to me because of safety. Otherwise I'd love to see Lebanon, Turkey, Iran, and N. Africa.

@sexypure8891

I have a question which I hopes some of you Brothers or sisters to answer
I am planning to walk from my location to Vancouver BC Meaning : From Toronto to Vancouver BC.. what exactly do I need to take Whit me and please keep in mind that I'm traveling on food so the lights are the better and do I need to be worried about wilderness.
Eg; grizzly bear wolves mountain lion etc !?😂

@saffylew

Spot on advice! Ice also been solo travelling for a few years now maybe 6/7 and this is great advice.
