@NkatekoJeffrey

Zvichaita here or zvakatoendwa

@jesusslord

Its not about Swapo being popular, its about fragmented fly by night opposition parties whose some are supported by tribal affiliation rather than by deologies.

Rigged elections

@vollieadoons

What a biased and hollow view from a Professor

Zanu pf is a common denominator of rigging tactics, delaying tactics, shortages of ballots papers in all opposition strong holds .

@emmanuelncube1988

This Dr is telling lies.

@erastusshipandu142

As one of the IPC leader in Ohangwena i must comfort our people who have been looking foward to 2024 for the past five years. As if those EVM dramatic process was not enough you are again cheated of your rights to cast your votes fairly and democraticaly by ECN-ZANUPF. Its very much sad to see a foreign nation which we don't even share visible physical borders with, interfering with our sovereignty. Sory our dear voters for this unfortunate stuation. We are paving a way foward for you all.

Commissar Mwahafa

@erastusshipandu142

Thanks

@SMSM-m9c

It's not about Namibia being a vast country.Votes should be counted and announced at polling stations not at a hotel hired by the ESC in the capital city

@Tc-Flavour

Currently they have selected other places to continue voting and what about the other part of the country? Like literally everyone that have a registered voting card deserve vote. The question is why only those specific places.? Why?

Zanu at work

@MGP2210

2:03 The ECN had years to prep.
Their leadership needs to be dismissed.
There are no acceptable excuses for this.

@user-zs1iz8vf3b

We've never had challenges of ballot papers in our country. This is the first it has ever happened

@mbehambukusa3673

You wont see any protests or what you are expecting,I would like to advise sabc as a national broadcast not to spread propaganda and insight fear in our people.

@maganonampola7935

A station in northern part ran out of boxes to cast the votes from 14h00 in the afternoon.
They attempted to contact the Electoral commission president but he was unbothered
Media interviewed them after dark and they still hadn't been assisted.
People ended up going home because they obviously have long routes to walk back to their village homes
Totally Unfair elections!!!!!

@metumomungungu3180

Voting yesterday was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The Electoral Commission had 5 years to plan for this, yet they failed miserably! The elections were free but definitely NOT FAIR! The polling station ran out of ballot papers TWICE at the station I voted at. We had to wait for hours for the ballot papers. From 7am in a queue, only voted at 23h00. Many were sent away to vote at other stations due to lack of ballot papers. If anything, the elections should be declared NULL & VOID!!!!!!

@GiggsLawal

This is indeed a disgrace from the ECN. As a Walvis Bay resident, I too did not get time to vote. Hope the president will extend the voting to today. Free and fair elections means that the election process was smooth and running, which is not the case. This will be considered the worse kind of election in Namibia due to inneffective ballot pappers. ECN was already warned not to allocate the ballot paper trail to the Zimbabwean company. We all anticipated this!

@markfoyer7694

ZANU PF
….WRITTEN ALL OVER THESE SO CALLED CHALLENGES

@rogernam2092

Yet another scam…!

@biancosaal3411

There has been no ballot papers since 14:00 what is the use of a fair election? Half of Namibia could not vote. MXM

@mosesgaweseb9266

I stood in the queues for 10+ hours and ended not getting to vote.
My right to vote was stripped away.Im highly disappointed.

@Mashinge

15 presidential candidates, typical of zanupf (Mnangagwa) style

@Sinkalaism
@kennyrukovo8243

ZANU PF of Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 is teaching them how to rig elections.

@auntygogo9810

Voter supression was at play so sad indeed.

@everbote7858

ZANU PF STRATEGE SHAME

Politricks😂😂😂

@PedziChaurura

This professor is very misguided and misleading with his assessment.how can u say bcz Namibia is a vast and desert country it justifies ballot shortages? How many months did ECN have to prepare,and also they have a voters roll which indicates how many ballots to print and distribute.he is a liberation movement sympathiser nxo

@GiannoKlein9

1.5 million registered voters. 3million printed ballots. However, voters were sent home because polling stations ran out of ballots. This needs to be investigated. It also took 1 voter about 15minutes to cast their vote. Absolutely pathetic.

@thomaslinger7469

Voting went smooth in the north, but voting started late and many voters were sent home eapecially in opposition areas. This was a big rip of for the opposition

@paporopaporo1289

Corrupt Swapo is busy 😡😡😡 with ECN

@ivychigonga3366

Mnangagwa and Zanupf are at it again in Namibia. It's a shame!!!
