Another useful video full of practical advice Funke. How did I miss it? Hey, I know O! Please remind subscribers to click on the bell, or the won't receive notifications when your new videos come out.

I was wondering if you might investigate something for us in the future regarding domestic air travel in the South West.

Although we will soon have reliable railway service between Lagos and Abeokuta (ABK), there are currently no airports in Ogun State. Indeed we don't even have an airstrip capable of accommodating commercial flights. To reach ABK via air, one must either fly into Ibadan or Lagos (MMIA/LOS) and drive the remainder of the way.

Funke have you ever flown into Ibadan? Considering that the road down to ABK from Ibadan is not bad, and traffic is not an issue compared to driving up from Lagos. A comparison between the two options might make for interesting content.

PS – It certainly would be convenient to have an airport in ABK someday. A similar pain in the neck exist when traveling to Ado Ekiti, which is another state capital without an airport. In that case you must fly to Akure and drive up to Ekiti.

One day we will have the entire aviation system privatized so that competition can wake everyone up.

Nigerian airlines can be so annoying, beyond horrible and God knows I have suffered in their hands. I once flew to Abuja only to be told that my luggage was still in Lagos. I had to wait for hours so that the next available flight that was coming to Abuja will come with my luggage. And one time, I booked a flight to Kaduna from Lagos only to come to the airport and be told told that they were no longer flying to KD but Abuja only. They forced me to go to Abuja and ended up going to KD by car from there. Smh

@LuvMattazTV

My dear, waiting/delays/ sudden cancellation of flight at airport Nigeria is so annoying. When i was in Nigeria last, i had 6pm flight from Lagos to Abuja delayed till midnight. Seriously it was devastating. Btw Thanks for sharing 👍
