I Stopped Sending Money To Every Family Member In Africa – Princess Shyngle Reveals How She Managed To Save A Lot This Year
Ghana celebrities news
Gambian-born actress and social media influencer Princess Shyngle has revealed all steps she took in saving money for 2024.
Taking to Instagram, the actress disclosed some significant expenses she cut off, which dramatically improved her financial standing.
In her post, Princess Shyngle revealed that she stopped sending money to every family member in Africa, a move that resonates with many individuals in the diaspora who often face similar financial pressures to send money home.
Additionally, she curbed her spending on luxuries and routine beauty services, such as buying designer items, frequent hair and nail salon visits, monthly facials, and dining out.
Shyngle further noted that she avoided unnecessary travel and vacations, which she described as a major cost-saving decision.
She humorously acknowledged the challenge of limiting financial support to family members, a common cultural expectation, but emphasised that the sacrifice was necessary to achieve her savings goals.
“The things that I had to cut off in 2024 that helped me save!!
- Buying designer items
- Going to the hair salon every week.
- Going to the nail salon every 2 weeks.
- Doing monthly facials.
- Eating out.
- Unnecessary travel trips and vacations.
- Sending money to Africa for every family member lol 😂
- Unnecessary grocery shopping” she wrote on IG.
