I don’t see any disgrace for Otto to work with a coach who is more experienced than him. Otto can learn a lot from him to polish his coaching skills. Working together with another coach has nothing to do with Otto’s personality, let alone lower his dignity and respect people have for him. However, if Otto feels too big in his shoes, and doesn’t think working with the incoming coach is a good idea, he can resign.
