We saw this perfectly in the dark jeffrey ending where she contributes to Jeffrey's downfall, and in the coach ending where she goes with him and doesn't think about what will happen to her.
In conclusion, both individuals are not well in the head, but in this instance, when one confronted the other, the person being confronted could not defend themselves adequately and the confronter called them out on it, leading to the other two deflecting and then leaving the confrontation because they don't care about anyoje else but themselves.
I can’t take Jeffery calling Nicole out seriously.
