There is so much wrong here. First he blurred the Speedo showing that he knew it was wrong and tried to hide his crimes
Second his apology and removal of the footagem. There was no need to include that so we cut it out
Third if he drives like this on camera….imagine how he must drive off camera

It would honestly require a DUI or reckless homicide for it to turn into a felony.
