I notice you did mention or use baking powder. Is there any reason for this?
My suggestion is that you should always write out ingredients. It makes it easy for us to follow

Hi ma’am.. I make chinchin for a living..my chinchin is always rich, but the only complaints i always get is that it’s always too hard, although some of my customers love it that ways, while most doesn’t. I watched this video and i love the recipe.just that because of economy, i no longer add eggs to my chinchin and it still tastes the same way. I always make large quantities. Please i want to know exactly what I’m missing, I mean why it’s always hard. Could it be the eggs? Or could it be because i always cover mine for 15mins. Or because i always add water. Because I’ve never tried it without water, and I’m not even sure if it’s possible that can make it without water, because of the large quantity that i make. Please help me ma’am, we learn everyday.
Madame no yeast
No baking powder?
Wow
I tried it and it was so crunchy and delicious
Thanks to your recipe
