@Kunal_loves_cats

Honestly, I love my abs too much to risk trying this 😅

@keptleroymg6877

Crazy video. You don’t need to be a genius to get a good physique I guess

@user-pb3jo8pj6s

Steroids

@SanniLaville

Recommend get usable abs which is doing an exercises if u get visible which are made in the kitchen u can’t use them

@josephthebossbaby

Just do it both and get more abs

@Nero097

@mohanad0408

One of the most pointless videos I've ever seen. You're capturing attention but give us something!

@muhammadhussain1215

I love you so much ❤🫦💋👄💕

@jamjam6431

I work abs everyday and I guarantee my abs are in the top 10% of the world!!!!! Calorie deficit is strictly for losing weight it doesn't sculp your core or abs area

@PrestonAWilliams

30 days is not long enough to undo months of training. Your endurance will drop but you aren’t going to lose muscle in 30 days

@kingcobii

What godlike genetics does🫤

@infonitemusic9841

Is the guy retodded

@jayavila5953

What’s with the tome of

@Rbbz17

@OTT-JV

Still didn’t stop eating trenbaloney

@FelixHelbig-r5m

Bro calorie deficit is to lose the fat blocking the abs, you didnt have any fat to begin with 🤦‍♂️

@leeking1599

Smh. All this for some view.

@jakenbakeog

Abs are made in the kitchen facts
Ab results are influenced a lot by genetics some can't get any more than a 4 pack, others can achieve 10 packs

@yonsei8302

This guys a idiot

@manuelmyller1621

„Abs are made in the kitchen“ RECENTLY gone viral lol

@PrinzeDemagio

My abs are genetic 😅 I guess

@putthatontoast

Эфиром юзом Зум

@Quisshy

Bro didn’t oil up the last time 💀

@XpendableMusic

Also, here's a good tip! Abs are multiple groups of muscles, so make sure to train them just like your other muscles. Make sure to also eat a good diet and remember! Stay consistent! For whoever needed that, you're deeply welcome and work hard in your journey 😁👍

Best workout
Getting visible abs in one month is an ambitious goal, but with dedication and the right strategy, you can make significant progress. Here's a focused plan to help you on your journey:

1. Optimize Your Diet:

Calorie deficit: Create a calorie deficit by consuming fewer calories than your body needs. Use a calculator to estimate your daily caloric needs and aim to eat 500-700 calories less per day.

High-protein diet: Protein helps build and repair muscles while keeping you full. Include lean proteins like chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, and legumes.

Limit carbs: Cut down on refined carbs (white bread, pasta, sweets) and focus on complex carbs like oats, quinoa, and vegetables.

Healthy fats: Include avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil in moderation.

Hydration: Drink plenty of water (3-4 liters daily) to reduce water retention and support fat loss.

2. Daily Ab-Specific Workouts:

Focus on exercises that target all areas of your core:

Planks (Front and Side): Hold for as long as possible (3 sets each).

Bicycle Crunches: 3 sets of 20 reps.

Leg Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps.

Russian Twists: 3 sets of 20 twists.

Mountain Climbers: 3 sets of 30 seconds.

Flutter Kicks: 3 sets of 30 seconds.

Tip: Perform ab exercises slowly with controlled movements to engage the core better.

3. Strength Training:

Strength training helps increase muscle mass and burn fat. Focus on compound movements that engage your core:

Squats

Deadlifts

Push-ups

Pull-ups

Perform 3-4 sessions of strength training per week.

4. Cardio and HIIT:

Cardio: Do 30-45 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio (like jogging, cycling, or swimming) 4-5 times a week.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Incorporate 2-3 HIIT sessions per week. Example: 30 seconds of sprinting followed by 1-minute rest, repeat for 20 minutes.

5. Consistency and Recovery:

Sleep: Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night to support muscle recovery and hormone balance.

Active recovery: On rest days, go for light walks or stretch to avoid stiffness.

6. Track Progress:

Take progress photos, measurements, or use a body fat scale to track changes every week.

Example Weekly Routine:

Day 1: Abs + Strength (Upper Body)

Day 2: Cardio + Abs

Day 3: Strength (Lower Body)

Day 4: HIIT + Abs

Day 5: Rest or Active Recovery

Day 6: Cardio + Abs

Day 7: Strength (Full Body)

If you stick to this plan, you should see noticeable changes in a month! However, achieving fully visible abs depends on your starting body fat percentage. Keep pushing, and results will follow.

What's the app/website that tracks protein?

@Invictus999-9

Great body bro but the moustache is super funny ! Get rid of it makes u look like a nerd but maybe ur a a sleeper 😂👍

@verovargova

I tried and i looked like a shit

@kangg6454

im built like that shredded and all, I do a 10hr fast monday threw friday. Pig out on the weekend and start over.

@dongarry3879

Let’s make a video without the knowledge of how muscle physiology works! You only stopped training your abs for a month, so you’re not going to lose muscle mass right away. In reality it will take about 2.5-3 months to see that muscle mass start to drop along with strength!

@MrKeonGrayson

If you did push-ups or other exercises they might have still worked out your core. Seeing that you already have abs, you can't properly test that theory. If someone who does have abs just started to eat in a caloric deficit they may lose belly fat, but their abs might still not be visible.

@arcadegamingmobile

Stop using lighting….
I stopped for 30 days and it went away

@eiffeldragons53

He looks like fazrug

@xoresgaminghub5412

Deffinitely helps that you trained your abs to shit 2 years prior to this, another bs video, you cant possibly be that stupis to mean this seriously

@Hii9041

Having abs and having a strong core, both are different. Having abs does'nt mean you are strong.👎💪

@JimShockey-z5w

Literally could have stopped for 6 months and he still would have had abs

@AladdinBinLaden

Workout your face you need it

Bro my abs are so precious that I protect them in a layer of fat

@Aaliyah7777

That loop shu us soooo fkng cringe

@FatCatWithAStrawHat

Bigger more development abs muscles = more visible abs while at a higher body fat percentage.

@stealthninjamike3298

Now do abs for 30 days and check your measurements I bet your Abs will get bigger

When i wasn't Gymin an healing a Injury while Microdosing Psilocybin Mushrooms a lil too much🍄, I could feel Muscle Atrophy on another higher level ❗

@jorgesuspeito6539

Honestly since most other exercises involve core stability, i havent worked out my abs in a long time and nothing changed because i just focus on other intense exercises

That just proves that you need to train abs,because bro got himself on a cut and his abs didn't get more defined😂
