Just a little travel + life update for you: Tomorrow, I am heading to Antarctica and attempting to visit the actual, geographic South Pole (i.e. the Southernmost point of planet earth) where I will be completely offline for 8 days. We iranians live under a dictatorship like N.Korea . There is not any religious and political tolerance here , but we have better housing conditions and nutrition as we have oil resources . Breathing in freedom is anything else like people in north america and west europe 😊😊😊😊

Here is my opinion:
In the past, we had kings and queens who were ruthless and had little regard for human rights; Louis XIV and Louis XVI are prime examples. Today, we live in a more socialized society where human rights are valued, but we cannot easily judge a country that is unwilling to embrace these changes. While it may seem horrible to us, the majority there likely fears war, and in my opinion, their leader is afraid of being attacked or dethroned if he opens the door to reform.
North Korea likely feels threatened by larger powers, and I can understand why. History shows how countries have been exploited during globalization (as in the case of India), and I believe Kim Jong-un is aware of this past. This could explain his reluctance to negotiate. I don’t believe anyone is inherently evil; every choice has its reasons.

Don't tell me you're afraid to go back and if what you're saying is true considering well if you live in the states then nothing prevents somebody from posing as a visitor then finding your location and slipping a Mickey a now
