I am from South Africa and I would like for my brothers in Ghana to help me understand why does the government in Ghana put paved roads or proper roads in these developments?. I mean you would think that these private developers will talk to government town planners and engineers and the local government will see the need for such developments and spend on public infrastructure. Townships in South Africa have paved roads let alone suburbs and you would think Ghana will spend so much on public infrastructure.
