Some tips for bringing things back to the US from Ghana so they don’t get thrown out by the TSA! Theses are suggestions based on my experience, NOT a guarantee!

  2. Stella, I brought lots of smoked mackerel (salmon) from Ghana. It doesn’t go bad, all you do is, open up the side and remove the intestines then wrap them up and you’re good to go.

I would like a starter list of must ingrédients and seasoning to be able to have the right small and flavor , my église is not to good please be patient with me , I love okra soup, dirty, rice, ablo, fufu, manioc, fish, chicken, ndole, etc all very good food ..thanks

  4. Im starting to use African palm oil for the first time . can you tell me what it should smell like, mines has a strong motor oil smell to it when cooking with it. And what brand is best to buy. Thank you
