  1. One twi word for cat is )kra which is also the name for 'soul'. Cats have been studied to sense dying cells in humans, probably that could explain why they are able to sense when their owners are nearing death.

  2. Dear,
Kindly Go Home To Nigeria, Please, Okay
And Inform Your People that There are Toooo Many Strange Things In Ghana and So They Shouldn't Even Think about Ghana, and NOT EVEN ATTEMPT To Come To Ghana,
Otherwise Human Beings that have TURNED INTO CATS Will Surely Bite Them or Worse, So My Dear Amazing Nigerians,
STAY HOME PLEASE, Stay in Nigeria, Your beloved Country,
And Allow Ghanaians to love Our Country and Our Cats, have a nice day.
    Thank you very much

  3. I was really dumbfounded when I heard that most Nigerians are afraid of cats. In Ghana, we just find them normal, although I must say that it is the black cats that some superstition was attached to by our great-grandparents. In the past, it was believed that if you see a black cat in the night, it is a sign of bad luck. Nobody really believes that toli any more nowadays though.

  4. Akan is the biggest tribe in Ghana and the language the Akan people speak is Twi. The Twi language comes in different forms. The Akan Tribe is made up of Ashanti, Kwahu, Akuapem,Akyem, Agona, Sefwi, Bono, Fanti,Wassa and Akwamu. Majority of the people you meet in Ghana either speak Ashanti, Kwahu or Akyem Twi. The other Twi languages is a little bit twisted and it sounds a little bit different from the 3 that i have already mentioned. These people are located in the Ashanti, Eastern, Western and the Bono region but a lot of them have migrated to the capital of Ghana that's why the Twi language is very dominant in Accra although the land belong to the Gas. The Ga people are also another tribe in Ghana

  5. We keep them mainly as pets because they are calm, clean and gentle…It is also believed that they(cats) can exchange their lives for it owners when something bad is about to it owners spiritually.

  6. This is hilarious but my dad treats our 10 cats better than us oo😂😂😂😂
Also a cat in Twi is called ")kra" meaning "Soul".So literally it is believed that they guard our souls. That's why we hear of many stories where a cat died in place of a human, that it is close to and many others.

  7. I remember I got save by my cat pet …….I was asleep late in the night only to wake up to find a dead snake beside me with my cat lying beside the snake looking very wild….in fact I was so overwhelmed when I found that it was my pet who has killed the snake…from then on, I don't joke with cat…right now I have about 3 cats in my house as my pets……

  8. Can you please stop bleaching your skin? THIS IS NOT HOW YOU LOOKED WHEN WE SAW YOU IN GHANA, WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?🌙🌙🌙🌙🌙🌙🌙🌙🌙🌙

  9. We love cats and we treat them like humans, and when they die we perform their funeral like humans,
If I wanna tell you about cats day will break us here and to end it in short they're special

  10. There are many believes depends on where U go in the country.some keep it as pets and eat them. The ewes eat it and believe that eating the head of the cat U will never die outside Ur birth place no matter what. Others believe it is bad luck if a black cat crosses Ur path Early in the morning. It's believe cats can sense death. A cat kept in a house will vanish if someone in the house is sick and about to die. The cat will reappear when the person die. Cats have a well developed extra sense to it's owner

  11. Ghana is of different ethnic backgrounds. We speak more than 40 languages but the twi has the most spoken and easy language amongst all the languages. That's why we all can speak twi, but aside the twi, each tribe has its own language.

  12. We don't buy them, we just go over to our neighbor who has a cat and ask if you can come for one of the kittens, if they say yes then you are now a cat owner😁 they can even add a few advices on how to take care of the kitten that how I got my cat.

  13. This is very dangerous. Most people on YouTube are poorly educated without research capacity. You said Nigeria is big so that you couldn't cover it yet you're speaking for "we Nigerians", dishing out bullshit!
I'm really disappointed. Nothing can be far from the truth with the cat issue. Even where I live here in Lagos, I don't have cat but two of my neighbours have 🐈. We have dogs.
    Hungry ignorant clout chasing YouTubers…

  14. My grandmum used to have a cat which she called Patience. But Patience always liked to play on the roof and I will chase her there. Finally she run away..sad sad. But we have cats as pets. They are cute.

  15. My sister, feel free and say what you want to say. you have no problem with sharing your own personal experience. i shared mine when i went to Nigeria and it has not been very easy. lol.

  16. There are 54 languages in Ghana and no not all Ghanaians speak Twi. It's mainly spoken in Accra, Ashanti, Eastern, and a different version called Fanti is spoken in Central and Western Regions. There are some regions that you won't hear anyone speaking twi at all. Twi can be considered the most popular language in Ghana.
Cats are normal pets just like dogs.
Yes you are right we got free water from March 2020 to January 2021 and 50% off electricity bills for 6 months. We are thankful. Nigeria should have been able to do same considering you are richer than Ghana.

  17. Hypocrisy at the highest level, this woman made a video supporting Nigeria for closing it border and now pretending to love Ghana, and making videos to show love to Ghana, hypocrite
