My most favourite food ever but thats not Eto….sorry. You have to use a combo of ripe and semi ripe plantain or even unripe plantain. Its not meant to be super sweet. When made well…its absolutely the best food ever. Good effort though
OMG people are so judgemental, why don’t you try shooting a cooking video?!
14:39
What is this tin you people be cooking? 😢
It cannot work, please try sumtin else
whaa they have vegan restaurants in Ghana now!? 😍 wooow I'm coming home ooh
Yeees! Makes me so happy to see a Vegan Ghanian 🙌🏾💚
Vanessa if you can't cook, who dose your cooking at home, Also he was born in Ganana and can't spreak his language, very strange, 🤣.
Have I missed a video is Vanessa pregnant?
The gentleman is very humble and calm, that's make its every thing so good even the food he teaches, It doesn't matter the plantin was too ripped, he is good cook, ❤😄
No waay you don’t know how to peel a plantain Vanessa 😂😂
Am I the only Ghanaian confused about this process?nice though
I remember my mama used to make me this dish when I was a little. Shout out to Ewe Nation. 💕💕💕
The plantains he used were a bit too ripe for etor. You should use the one that has juuuuuuuuuust started to ripen up. When the peel is still green and yellow (too green- not ready for etor. Fully yellow- too ripe for etor)
Avocado is a fruit not a vegetable
vanessa you seem nervous in this interview 😜🧐what is going on with you both 😅😅😅
Did she just say she doesn’t cook?
Vanessa for an African woman that is a sin.
Eii my beautiful daughter venessa,,,you said you cant cook? Pls dont disgrace us ghanian women..Every ghanian girl or woman knows cooking,,.Vanessa plse arrange with one of your coursins to teach you a bit about cooking…plsssssss. And never stand on your atforn and say you cant cook…Marinta went to her grandmaa to learn cooking..I watched that .pls make it a big point and learn a bit cooking.love you preety.
Vanessa please just to let you know EtO is not birthday meal. Only the one made with cocoyam is roasted before but a bit complex not a not everyone gh can cook it.
Tell him to stop the fooling, talking about I was born in Ghana, lived in Ghana but don't speak any Ghanaian language. I will like everyone he comes in contact with to curse him out in our local language, I have no sympathy for ppl like this. Get outta here!
We eat vegan in January, so this is right on time. It reminded me of salsa too. I fell out when you didn't have salt. I love how real you are! He was super pleasant and laid back.
Omg why is your guest so hot 🔥 !!!
He’s so fine. If he was here in America 🇺🇸 the ladies will be rather chasing after him. He’s so kool.
Vanessa, a whole Asante girl like you, and you could not find any of your relatives to make a real ETO for your channel?
I am sorry Vanessa, that was a FAIL! Please find an authentic local cook, you never use ripped plantain for eto, His presentation was so bad, that was not eto! Who recommended him to you! Please do this episode again, with a Ghanaian mother. What he did was like fufu. For the first time, Vanessa you failed to do a proper research, in fact the red flag was him not speaking any Ghanaian language, even though born and bred.
Eto is one of my favourites.it is a festive meal. Only a few people know how to make it, my sister foes it for me., you could also use yam,
Looks good, it’s good to learn how to cook vegan foods!❤️
what i want to watch is fufu and palm nut soup. NO NEAT FUFU.
#drmomoh Finally I have been cured of my HPV disease after suffering from the the virus for over 4years with several out-breaks, thank you dr momoh for cureing me from HPV for this I'm going to continue sharing so other people can be cured too.#drmomoh
This was so fun! Thank you for having me! 🥳🤩
The cook needs to try his presentation again. Maybe preparation is needed. Thanks Vanessa for the cooking segment. Looking forward to more like this.
Here to read the comments. loool
I'm so sorry. I know I'm supposed to be watching this for the food but I can't help but to acknowledge how handsome this chocolate man is. Praise God for his wonderful creation. 🙌🏾
The plantains were too ripe, thats why it is so soft
Am sorry but this guy has not got a clue about what he is doing or talking about. Just looking for a hype in my opinion. He needs to up his game if he wants to get exposure.
😳😳😳 Vanessa, I can't believe you can't cook, even though you have a Ghanaian father… I suppose it depends on a lot of different things. I can't remember either of my parents teaching me to cook but I'm here and I learned from others and a lot of trial and error😅
Eto hmmmmmm it is very tasty We ete some yesterday
Hahahaha pls No No ooooooo
This one is not real oto,
Using the earthenware is a skill. It's actually takes some amount of time to be good at it. Even the guy isn't doing it right. Vanessa you tried 😄😄
