Follow this measurement and use a measuring cup , nothing else

DRY BOFROT
6 CUPS OF BREAD FLOUR /HARD FLOUR/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2+ 1/4 CUP OF SUGAR
1/4TSP NUTMEG
1TBS OF YEAST
1 TSP OF SALT have
1/4 CUP OF BUTTER I have
1/2TBSP OF BAKING POWDER I have
1/2Tsp of pineapple essence
1 +1/4 CUPS OF WATER
1 EGG

  1. I just want to comment that your recipe is awesome. The kneading is definitely the key to get that chewy pulley texture! If you skimp on the kneading it will be cake like. Still good but it can be great! Kneading that full hour
