  1. Too bad you didn't try the full(with ice cream) Churchil/Copos/Granizados. This crazy cold dessert has shaved ice, syrup, powdered milk, sweetened condensed milk and a scoop of ice cream for the full version. These ingredients are layered. It is delicious and quite sweet. Fantastic to cool down with. You can find the version without ice cream being served out of mobile carts everywhere.

  2. My guys you need to try our all time typical bread "empanada de chiverre" with a tarrazú coffee and you'll see god 🤣

Also, Caribbean Rice n' beans>gallo pinto….btw thats a good review (im costa rican) here's more things to try: lengua en salsa, frito, escabeche de banano, taco tico, tamal, tamal mudo, tamal asado, panes de maíz guanacasteco, queso palmito, natilla menonita, rondón, panbón, beff patty, sopa de mariscos en leche, olla de carne, sopa de albóndigas, sopa negra, caldosas, empanadas arregladas, pasteles guanacastecos….btw, the plant with conical, white long flowers is an angel bells, it has one of the strongest drugs in the world, its also very poisonous and lethal…..also idk if you know but chan is related to chía seeds, it's very nutritious and refreshes as much as mozote

  3. Fun fuct that i read somewhere and i'm about to share ir without doble checking it😂 the red fanta "kolita" is only availabe amd produced in Costa Rica

  4. The bean sauce you’re talking about is called frijoles molidos and is indeed very tasty you can eat with chips, rice, bread or put it on your tortilla (my favorite way hehe)
