  1. God bless her. Using that opportunity to give glory to God first and foremost as well as all the people he has put in her life all while being very humble and super loving to everyone around her. Easily the best Oscar acceptance speech I've ever seen. 👏 Praise God. 🙏

  2. This makes her speech to Rudy Ray at the end of ‘Dolemite Is My Name’ all the more impactful. “I ain’t ever seen nobody who looks like me, up there on that big screen” ❤

  3. Oppenheimer was great, but the Holdovers is the movie that I will watch again and again. I got to preview it last July. And told EVERYONE I knew to go see it when it came out. It is the best movie to come out in a long time. Da’Vine was so incredibly real. If you haven’t seen it, watch it today!

  4. Her dress was feminine and beautiful, and in a way, shows the softness of her soul. That is what a dress is supposed to do, complement the beauty of the person within. It doesn't hurt that most people love blue, and most people love how Da`Vine Joy Randolph carried herself as a thankful young woman. I loved how she made the character in the Holdovers. They needed a woman in that institution. They just didn't know they needed someone who was the backbone of the institution, the person who made sure people were fed is just that important.

  5. You thanked the Publicist and not the Director who hired you? Who shaped your performance? Your fellow actors? Or how about just Giamatti who helped you to the stairs?
