It’s a big scam leasing which means rent , and salt pond is a cheap area so these prices are over price to rent for 50 years
It’s a scam there’s no land for sale in Ghana it’s all for lease in other words renting the land because you can’t never own it , you rent it for 50 years and you can renew your rent if the owner agrees from the beginning, this area has no go schools no good roads , there’s no sidewalks nor pavements open gutters everywhere, this crazy, haven’t you ask yourselves the real reason why Ghana doesn’t offer you freehold land while South Africa allows freehold for white people ?
