Kenya police accused of killing or abducting dozens of 'Gen-Z' protesters | DW News


For several weeks in June, young Kenyans led the ‘Gen-Z’ protests over poor governance. The events turned violent during a resulting police crackdown, which activists say has not ended. DW correspondent Felix Maringa has been following the story in Nairobi.

  1. We want the EU and America to know that there favourite ally in Kenya president Ruto is killing his people. Just by criticizing the government people are being picked up by unidentified police and disappeared and murdered while others are not even found. The public morgue in Nairobi has almost 100 bodies of young Kenyans with bullet wounds and the government want to dispose the bodies without identification to hide evidence.

  2. and the worst part of this all is that the outgoing American ambassador was passively supporting this kind of acts.. what a world without manners and principles

  3. EU letter is basically an insult to Kenyans. We want EU to act by banning them from stepping foot into EU or doing business with them but not to issue this good for nothing letters…
