  1. wild how Somali nationals are bombing tjis comment section with "theyre not a real country"

ok. somali itself isnt a real country. before europe came along you were a collection of unaligned lingustic-ethnogroups without any infrastructure or formalized state

your country only exists because the europeans left. being so bold as to deny the independence of any territory when your own claim to independence is so thoroughly steeped in colonial history is hypocritical.

dont bother replying in somali or arabic, i speak english

if ukraine, israel, south korea, etc can exist then somaliland can exist, and it clearly has for three decades.

  2. "Breakaway region" it sounds to me like aljazeera is spokeperson of DHILO SOMALIA let Qatar know they choose the wrongside of history just call us our name that our grandfathers fought for it & be nuetral of your report VIVA SOMALILAND FOREVER FOREVER

  3. THIS IS TRUE 100%… Somaliland is a well seasoned democratic society and we are not choosing a party that will change our desire for recognition but only voting based on soft diplomatic strategy. We don’t need tension war with Somalia but peace talks. Somalilanders will forever be loyal to its leaders who choose them and hear them
