  1. Dont eat Salmon!! The Wild Salmon is an endangered species, leave it alone!! The farmed Salmon is the reason that the Wild Salmon is endangered,,at least this is for Atlantic Salmon,,find another fish!! Save the wild Salmon!!!

  2. What i got from this conversation; Pecan nuts, Brocolli, red meats (not chicken), eggs. Everything else i'm either already been doing or can't because stuff like KALE goes bad relatively fast.

  3. Ok, please listen. I know you've been told for decades that the food pyramid is the way to go, trust me, I believed it too. But last year when I was at my wits' end and on so many drugs for high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc., I had to change something or die. My BP was 220 over 117 most of the week, and going to the ER once a week. I decided to do keto and it simply saved me. No more drugs and I'm feeling like I was 20 years younger. It was difficult at first, but well worth it. I lean more towards Carnivore diet now, since I discovered that almonds, seeds and grains were the stinking problem for the rash on my legs neck and scalp for over a decade. I also cannot eat broccoli, spinach or kale now that I've been on this for a year. They just make me sick and bloated. You that don't have anything more to try, need to try this. Hope this helped someone. Oh, and the thing that was hurting me with the veggies, nuts and seeds were Oculates and Lectins, just for your info.

  5. When I was Keto I made kale smoothies every day, within a few months I started getting really painful inflammation in my back, knee. and elbow. I never connected the plant toxins, I later turned Carnivore and within a few months all symptoms had gone and feeling 100% at 63yrs.

  6. Add another vegetable: it is called bitter melon or ampalaya as it is called in Asia. It is widely known to decrease blood sugar level although scientific inquiry has not substantiated that information.
