  1. I’ve been looking in most of those places and haven’t seen prices that low in any of them. Avg prices are in the low 200k and up from what I’ve seen for 2bd/2ba. How is Costa Rica not on this list also?

  2. Saint Lucia / St. Lucia 🇱🇨 pronounced "Saint Lou-Sha and not "Saint Lou-sea-ya" as you keep saying. Nice video but why are the St. Lucia Twin Peaks " Pitons" used for St. Kitts Nevis ??? 😕 Do BETTER 📌

  3. For the love of God, leave our Island home alone, stop selling our land out to white people, most of them don't like us. I will not forget Donald Trump said we should go back to our shit old country. I came home to my island. We need our home to come back to. If you sell our homes where are we going to come back to. The advert should be targeting us to start investing in buying land in our own country so we don't endup homeless like all the people who was deported from England and was sent back to Jamaica and other carribean island and are now homeless except those who knew thir families on the island. There's no place like home. Market to people from these island.😂❤😢. PLEASED STOP SELLING OUR LAND TO WHITE PEOPLE'S, THEY ARE THROUGHOUT US FROM THEIR LAND. SELL OUR SHITOLE LAND TO US. PLEASE.❤

  4. I think many of these areas are prone to hurricanes, which was not mentioned. Anyone investing in these areas need to consider this, and other factors, such as the cost of living into consideration. I considered the US Virgin Islands, until I realized how much it would cost to build a new home there since most construction materials would need to be imported.
