Slow drivers are more negligent than fast drivers. If you choose to drive fast than your reflexes to react are a lot higher than someone who's driving the speed limit. Believe it or not I've almost been hit by more slow drivers than fast drivers.
It always pisses me off when the people who get these amazing cars abuse them and endanger others. They don’t deserve to drive them.

I see the issue but I don’t see the issue. Yes it’s a school zone and it gives you the speed limit but the sign continues with ‘When children are present’. Who’s to say this wasn’t on a Saturday or Sunday at 5pm or 6pm.

It's possible to deduce approximate speed even with the speedo blurred. Using time and objects passing and a bunch of math, it can be done.
