You skipped so many important information on this property. priority should be put on.
Plot size, Clear location, payment plan and when touring the house, take your time after all, your purpose is to get viewers interested to buy. Like the kitchen, you didn't take time to show if there is a pantry or not, refrigerator space. we didn't get to see the outside, the so-called laundry area. Vivara Real Estate you can do better!
