  1. I think real estate in Kenya is super expensive, houses in the top neighbourhoods are pretty costly and yet it seems like most of the neighbourhoods do not have the premium housing that we have seen on some of your videos like the south africa or Zimbabwe series, some of the houses there are just ordinary and designed in a boring manner really but cost upwards of 1.4 mil USD and thats crazy, have you any idea what 1.4 mil can get you in the west, moreover i prefer mansions on a hilltop really as compared to flat ground, there is just something about the look of that, Karen estate looks nice though, its not bad at all, it has the premium look to it and it does not seem to be all cluster homes like in the previous neighbourhoods.

  2. Absolutely incredible! These homes are awesome! But if I were the President of any African country, the first thing I'd do is get rid of every single colonizers names, like 'Lavington' and replace them with our own!! Only then will you truly be independent! Just think about it. What other countries on earth have cities named after Africans! This especially needs to be done in South Africa! How can you possibly hold your head up high when your cities are named after the people who stole your land!

  3. well there is on more estate more the middle incame that i think should have featured in the list that is daykio bustani. it is also in nairobi and i dont think there is an issue takinga drone vedio there. otherwise nice vedio

  4. I love watching the Kenyan real estate and I do understand why in Kenya they don't allow flying drones because for a country that had a history of terrorism it's normal for them to want to have more security. Kenya seems like a nice country to relocate to and is more organized in some way than other African countries.

  5. where is the 99% black owned part on this video. seeign you made a point of Cape town and whites owning the houses where 52% of south africas housing ownership is black since 2015?

  6. This castle comforts me. When everybody rejects me,i usually look at this house. Thats why i was using it, when i was shopping at kabarnet, lavington chandaria i used kawangware, oak i used lifestyle

  7. Afrikan traveller referring to Wangari Mathaai as he. Damn, she was a woman! That aside, rules in Nairobi especially in regards to the wealthier or official areas are suffocating. All these strict council bylaws & myriad residents' associations with heaps of restrictions! I'm surprised u got drone footage at all without arrest! Any machine heard cutting down even your own tree you'll b swarmed n b in serious trouble where you could even face jail time or atleast a staggering penalty + replanting like a hundred more trees! It seems normal until one visits other unbelievably relaxed countries!

  8. Please decrease the disparity between the very rich areas and the very poor areas like Kibera. All Kenyans need to have decent housing, education and green spaces. Then you can be proud of your country ❤
