@RexieTheRealtor

This is the update in LFS 68 as of April 2024

1,300 sqm cut x 6,000 pesos =
Php 7,800,000

if 2,300 sqm cut x 6,000 pesos =
Php 13,800,000 my discount pero si owner na ang kaka usapin mismo

sa Documents po ready to title na po siya as per owner as of now po tax declaration and Alienable and disposable approved lot plan by the DENR po siya wala po magiging problema. Thank you

Are there terrorists there?

@igorivanov-c4o

philippinese people occupy even the salvage zone that should belong to the public.

@andrecourtin3043

Is Zambales part of Pampanga ?

avail pa ba yan??? teka click bait naman neto walang beach house eh beach lot lang to putrages

@Wisemansays11

Is this still for sale?

@Pavlos-j2k

Beachfront or not… 17.5 million peso asking price?! That's insane! No one, much less a foreigner wouldn't even pay that price especially not at 6000 peso per square meter. This is why this property and others like it will sit for a long time without being sold and then the owners will get desperate and come down to a more reasonable price. I see this all over the Philippines. Owners just make up some price they want with nothing to justify why they are asking the price they are asking. It's ridiculous. As you can see by how old the comments are that this property has been sitting for a long time. Good luck selling it.

@MrDavidsuits

A quarter of the Price with a Well and a Building with a Vegetable Garden Plot opposite included .. This is a RIP OFF

@mobileplayers5008

@airy102102

how much po?

@crivacgeorge

so around 285k euros

@KJSvitko

Climate change and rising sea levels will make properties in low lying areas and coastal areas impossible to insure. Banks will be reluctant to give a mortgage for 15 or 30 years because the property may be under water. Selling properties to average buyers will become impossible in the future as banks and mortgage companies stop making loans for these properties. Florida is a high risk state for insurance and extreme weather like hurricanes. People will have to self insure and take the risk of loss. Condo associations are losing their insurance and if they find a new higher cost policy they will be passing on the higher costs to association members. Flooded cars from Florida hurricanes were filling the salvage lots. Insurance companies will raise rates and pass on the costs and risks to policy holders next year.

@stiggibson4194

Warning. Do not buy or sell property or land using Terence and Beth Martin from A Foreigner in the Philippines youtube channel or Brian and Marcel Smith from A foreigner farming in the Philippines you tube channel. You will regret it. Buy or sell from a reputable, licensed real estate broker only.

@planecrazyish

17.5 Mil !?!? Insane ! With rising sea levels, I wouldn’t pay a 10th of that 🤦‍♂️👎

@paulstanak689

@jonathandulguime

Nice place…isa good.

@myPhDinAwesomeness

How to schedule tripping po?

@BenteQuatro-jj4ry

Kawawa naman ang mauutong bumili ng property na tax dec lang ang hawak ng seller at walang legal and valid land title. Tax declarations are not sufficient, valid, legal
proof of ownership of land or properties. Dapat may land title.

@vallopez7188

Hello. Still Available? How much last price?

@TheHolyMattress

what's the price?
