Does Maqasa estate do exchange ie house with lands. If someone has land/plots and want to exchange with an already built house does any company do such exchange, and if the already built house cost more than the lands offered can the buyer negotiate to pay the balance later?

Such people are making life a hell in the country and leading to the youth engaging is social vices just to be able to be able to get a decent home .

I would like to move to Africa but I can’t decide Ghana or Gambia. Which can I get the cheapest land to build ? I’m also coming alone for now a 4 bedroom house compound is what I would like but I want land to grow my own food and maybe a guest house. How much US dollar you think this would cost on average?
If I ever move to Africa I wouldn't want to just be there for myself I would want to make a difference for the people economically and produce jobs for the local people
