This is better than fighting with gloves. To prevent breaking knuckles, they have to lower the power of their punches. And compared to a big glove, a smaller fist takes a smaller place of impact. Decreasing the risk of brain damage. Would you rather be pissing your pants at age 50 and look pretty? Or live to 80 and have some scars from previous fights?
