I dont like how ppl tryna downplay Julius Randle like hes not been a 3 time All Star can stretch the floor pass the rock and rebound and play the post hes a more complete ayer than KAT offensively no but everything else better
Randall's arthritis is going to set in ….Minnesota 🥴

Bad move…not a good look..they didn't need to make this move..
I hate to trade Dante, he was clutch we did not need to trade all those picks for Bridges, that was going to affect Dante‘s production and Minutes. Now with those draft picks we could’ve traded some to Detroit for Jalen Duren. Terrible front office move, Bridges isn’t worth that much. And that was going to affect Julius Randle also. Now the New York bench is thin
That white commentator is retarded.
Hoping for the best for the New York Knicks. I'm not happy about the trade, but I understand the logic of the trade. Love that KAT is finally a Knick. Sad to see Randle & DiVicienzo go.
Hey meatballs Thibs coached Towns in Minnesota…People neve take in consideration playing in Minnesota a bad organization…Didn't we learn anything from Andrew Wiggins? A change to a decent organization help him become a player to help a team win a championship! Think of it this way…I know they said it but the Knicks were great with Randle on the bench…a non factor…now add Bridges and Towns….I'm not one who thinks Boston is all that and a bad of chips so the Knicks have a great chance to win the East!
🤔 hmmmmm not sure how I feel about this , if I’m basing it off how KAT played on the wolves I’m worried , however I’m sure once in NY tibs will toughen him up ( I hope) also and I mean no disrespect KAT kinda sorta reminds me of a “hey Arnold “ character. Not much any of us knicks fans can do is wait and see .. go knicks!!
this is a great trade for us ! Love Randle but Towns fits better than Randle with this new team. I understand people wanted to keep Divo but we have bridges and now KAT too omg 😭
I think Dolan is the driving force behind this trade. He brought Leon Rose in to get a star. Randle is a good player, and Brunson is a great player, but they peaked in NY. KAT is the first guy the Knicks brought in who made All NBA before joining the squad. I believe if the rest of the front office had their way, Donte would still be on the team.
Donte averaged 21 ppg after Randle went down with injury. His statline looked like prime Klay Thompson except with more assists, rebounds, steals, and blocks. He was the starting 2 guard. He was a starter on a contender as a rookie. Most of the league would LOVE to have Donte as their starting 2 guard. Now the Knicks have just given a king's ransom (5 first round picks) to replace him with his college buddy who they will have to pay roughly 3 times as much as they are paying Donte over the next 3 years.
Then Donte gets traded to a team that has a 23 year old star at his position. Maybe Donte and Ant can play some minutes together, but neither is ideal as a point guard.
This really sucks for Donte.

KAT doesn’t have that mentality to play for NYC. He’s not mentally fit, hate that they have to give up depth like Divenchenzo to get him
