  1. There are ingredients and foods, often cooked in Burundi or in parts of Burundi but typical burundian dishes and recipes that can be put on a restaurant menu, nothing of this sort. Pleasures of the table are not part of Burundi culture. In our tradition we eat just to sustain ourselves.

  2. Jesus,Mery and Joseph,🙉🙈😿Definitely that is not Burundian food and I have never never seen Burundian people even in Burundi cooking fish with palm oil. Also we use green banana not plantain. Good try but please do more resea research about Burundian food dear

  3. Lord have mercy which part of Burundi cookd like that ? Sorry but nothing I saw looks like Burundians cooks. Please do more homework on Burundian's food. Also make sure the palm oil is well cooked before adding anything.

  4. I don’t know where that food is from. Burundian cook better food than that!!! That’s a weird comment, I wonder who gave you this recipes but I can tell you if it’s a Burundian well I guess they have never eaten food from Burundi✌🏾
Next time find a real Burundian and we will give you the real deal 😏

  5. Thanks for this video. I'm Burundian and I'm sorry to say this is not our food! Let's say someone could prepare this as all the ingredients can be found in Burundi, but that's not our staple food. Plantains are also eaten in Burundi, but we eat mostly green bananas.

  6. Am sorry that's not our food but nice try , never should anyone mix beans and plantains hihihi , never ever also cook fish with palm oil hihihi that was weird I can tell u that. For real Burundian food halla we will come and cook with you free of charge . bye
