Ghana is too expensive. Why would I pay $3500 a month for a fucking 3 bed flat in Accra? When my beautiful 4 bedroom detached home in the Uk 🇬🇧 cost me £3200 mortgage and all bills for the month? Accra is damaging. Where do you people get these crazy prices from. I would rather invest my money in Uk where I know I can get good equity on my property and then later buy in Cantoments or Airport residential as cash buyer. Ghana doesn’t make sense

For a new , 260 Sqm, 3 bedroom at airport residential, It makes some sense.
I have seen some 3 beds of lesser size of 180 Sqm at airport residential, asking the same price and got sold.

This must just serve as guide to your advertisement of property on your channel. It's never going to help Ghana in the long round. People are going to be scared of relocating to Ghana which has RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED real estate market, yet lacks so many amenities. What is in the so call Airport residential area are mere basics to those of us who live abroad and I mean ordinary people like me, where we earn good money , yet spend half of or even less of what you just listed.
