If I buy a bunker do the upgrades for it affect how much my nightclub makes? Or just the nightclub upgrades matter?

Don't buy the night club at the bottom of the map . It's cheap for a reason.. I have to run the entire map to do missions.. All of the cargo missions are way up top.. I drive my a$s off for that $50,000

Been using the Nightclub for years, few things could be done better.

If you have Criminal Enterprise Pack –
Get the cheapest CEO Special Cargo Crate Warehouse, not a Hangar. It's way cheaper, because you didn't need to buy the Office first. You need the Coke and Meth MC businesses next, and you already have Cash Creation and Bunker.

Nightclub Location –
Only matters in the sense that it has to be in the top or left of the map. so 1, 2, 9 or 10. The difference between them distance-wise isn't enough to matter. Also, there's alot of in-city deliveries now. You'll be using Ghost Organization when delivering anyway. If you don't need the +50% High Risk Bonus and sell in non-public lobbies, pick any location because it doesn't matter. I use Location 1, the open lot next to the parking garage is great for Helicopters and Hover Jets to land in.

Drunk VIP / Troublemaker –
The VIP takes longer, and is therefore worse. Enter the Nightclub in Passive, or after you enter, once you've loaded in, don't move and then activate passive. This guarantees the Troublemaker, and they seem to spawn every 15-25 irl minutes or so. The Troublemaker fills 1 and 1/2 Bars of popularity. It also pays you 10,000, enough for another 1/2 bar of popularity if you re-book another DJ. Re-book DJs from Basement Level 1's Nightclub PC to avoid the DJ changing cutscene. This guarantees 2 full bars of popularity for free.

Popularity Decrease –
Took me a long time to figure out, and may not be 100%. But it seems to be 4% decay every in-game day (48 Minutes IRL) which is equal to 5% per irl hour. This means 24 in-game days or 8 Hours IRL is 40%, = 2 Bars of Popularity. So, you can throw out 1 Troublemaker every 8 hours at most and maintain full popularity, tho id half this or quarter it to 1 troublemaker every 2 or 4 hours.

Bunker / Other Businesses –
You don't need the best locations. Follow his advice for the general best areas, and pick the cheapest from those. You do NOT need to buy ANY upgrades for anything, including the personal quarters. Personal Quarters are only good for making it a spawn-in spot, which has limited use. Save your money, do that later. If you ARE going to use any of these to also make money, go with Bunker, Coke and Meth. The rest are bad. Never buy MC Business Security Upgrades, they're pointless. You WILL STILL get raided. Even back-to-back, with the upgrade. With alot of Stock to sell, you don't register as an MC or you WILL be raided. Alot of raids guarantee at least some stock loss too, in one way or another.

Best Businesses –
In order from best to worst: Coke (South American), Meth (Pharmaceuticals), Cash, Cargo, Bunker (Sporting Goods) are the 5 best. Weed (Organics) is 2nd worst and Documents (Printing) are trash. However, Stash Houses exist. They replenish supplies for all MC Businesses, Bunker or Acid Lab. But only 1 at random. So, what I personally do is shut down my Bunker and went with Weed (Organic) because the free stash-house supplies can go to being sold to Street Dealers. This is because I'm Lazy and don't want to do Bunker Sale Missions. If you're not like me, don't do that.
