3 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Substitute the banana with something else if you don’t want a THICK shake. It’s harder to drink down with the banana but easier to consume without!

Restarted my weight gain journey last week (August 23rd 2024) today is the 29 (6 days later) I went from 111.2 lbs to 115.8 lbs. I only made this shake twice (2 servings each so 4 servings total). It really works. My goal is 130lbs. I’ll update this when I hit my goal 💪🏽💪🏽
