You can usually find a few 4 star players who don't have an offer at the mid point or later, in a season. Those guys end up being decently easy to get but you have to throw more than 10 hours at them. But if you can find those guys at the lower tier schools, that's definitely worth it. A 4 star guy a Kennesaw State is going to be better than just about everybody on that roster, so it's worth it to me.
I’m glad this guy spends all day running test so I don’t have to.
Can’t you offer upfront, get to first… take them off your board. Re add them when your first interest, and get the chance of the insta commit as the cost of 5 hours per commit?
Lol March 21 is my birthday, nice
I have gotten 7, 4 or 5 star insta-commits, because by the time I had enough points to get the insta-commit talent, I was pretty much only recruiting 4 and 5 stars (other than the occasional kicker). But while I did get 7 one season, the next season I think I got 2, so it's VERY hit or miss in my experience. And while the insta-commits are nice, they aren't really THAT game changing imo. I mean it is nice to have the base of a class nailed down super early so you can really focus on finding a smaller number of specific players. But honestly by the time I got the talent I was pulling in the top class every year even without it. That's kind of theme to most of the talents imo. By the time you get them, you don't really need them.
I might have actually passed economics in college if this guy was my professor.
The coach level needs to be infinite, the fact that u max out at 50 and don’t gain anymore points to upgrade is abysmal
I can’t wait to come back a year from now to see your channel with 100k+ subscribers. You’re willing to put in the annoying, tedious work, but also making the results of that work feel important. Translating “boring” results to interesting videos is a rare skill, in my opinion!
Hope you’re having a great week, thank you for putting this together.
I offer instantly, always. It works.
Wait you're saying I'm not supposed to spam offer all 35 before week 0
Bengal brought me here
Imstant commit only work if you school is the players #1 interest I have an online dynasty with FSU and i had 0 players who had my school as the top interest
Subscribing if for no other reason than you’re the only YouTuber I’ve ever seen stand for their videos…
Stay Nerdy my friend!!
Dude. You deserve the biggest channel. The most thoughtful CFB content on YouTube. It’s the anti brainrot
I always offer scholarships early because its free Influence and ive had it to where ive only offered the scholarship and put no points and somehow stayed in first place and won the recruit which means more points i can put to more players
How do you work your way up to number 1 on a players board if you haven't offered them?
Really, the only advantage of the late scholarship is the prospect of the insta-commit, which seems like chasing a carrot, it’s so infrequent. Might as well use the excess hours in the preseason to offer. You’re saving 155 hours across the rest of the season that are always at a premium once you’re competing for players.
Putting the college in college football
Upfront gang, standup! Thank you for the vid, very informative
One way you can do it is if you play offline mode you can make 2 sperate files of the same exact team and players so you can do better testing
Are you scouting all of your guys the first week if you have limited hours? What if your trying to go after a lot of 5 and 4 stars as a small school? I've seen guys get over 10 5 star guys as a small school because they waited till they were first on their board.
Smoked a little too much for this one
Good stuff

Ever player u you recruit now you can edit their attributes once they’re on your team just found that out today 8-29-2024
Uhhh more graphs. Delightful
I watch a lot of your videos on recruiting, but now all I can see is your hand movements… I can't not notice how you move them back and forth, often without reason… Ricky Bobby syndrome
I got an insta-commit on a 4 star WR who was ranked #42 in the country and that let me snowball the hours that I was going to use on him into another 4 star WR, who I ultimately ended up signing.
Hey Max when can we get a coaching build video. Such as overall build or max player boosting etc….
it doesn't matter what level program im at and what star recruits i go after, some players I can schedule a visit early in the season like week 3 or 4 and they will still end up committing to someone else at the end of the season after their week 11/12 visit, or even without a visit. sometimes a recruit will end up committing to a school that comes out of nowhere and jumps all of us that were in the race, sometimes without a visit. and Even if I only max out my hours onto my recruiting board say it is only 12 recruits, it will still take me the whole season, some even going into the off-season to end up signing them. in the off-season with those spill over recruits and transfer portal recruits I really only have week 1 and maybe week 2 to sign them or else I start taking huge hits to the other schools and they all start jumping out ahead and pulling away and sign most if the recruits away, often times even without a visit, and sometimes the school that signs them is the only school that didn't receive a visit. I dont know how all these people who claim to sign 25-30+ 5* recruits every season are doing it, im struggling to sign my 15 recruits from the preseason every single year, no matter what level program I have
Something I’m not sure if you touched on in this and the selling video is the pipe line influence between the coaches, I would assume you set the created coaches to same pipelines but the OC and DC also have influence bonuses depending as well as multipliers for your pipeline
Max is my hero
I've intuitively been behaving the right way ,but I'm glad to see its proving out to be the right approach.
