Does dat means we won't hv to go eskom we can online

@rebeccakhumeleni7474

Why when December is around the corner and were faced with so much criminality in our country and you let us be in the dark like how do you do that 🤷🤷

@jancoludick7339

Can you buy the tokens online

@AgadahPhakisi

I just bought mine at shoprite on the 1st of November I asked about the numbers they talking about but they said they don't know anything about it.

@ModiseTsamaesi

Mine says EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

@raisibewinnie

My meter number says unknown ai

@altabeukman799

What about people who are working and is not at home? Where do you updated it?

@jerrynovember

What if I’ve thrown the two additional 20 digits by mistake? How to I re-purchase them?

@jerrynovember

HOW DO I KNOW IT IS UPDATED?

Because we bought electricity so many times that we don’t know if we already got those 20 digits or not. So how do I know I already updated my box by mistake ???

@mariahdiemerys3352

I feel this was a very short notice

@champo187

I don't get the codes on my slips, what should I do?

@charlietheunissen5982

This is just not true. The banking app does not provide the so called 20-didigit numbers. Also, the vendor charges you R40 for the 20-didit numbers ane you have to buy it twice as the adding if a token allows it entry of the token only once. Poor SASSA pensioners normally buy R20 electricity and now has to fork out another R40 of their food money.

How do we get the codes

@khonzikhayakomani6385

Why the upgrade?

@Ngwanamogoga

In south Africa if you do the right thing you will suffer but thoe who brìdge elctricity dont suffer. My mother's meter box and one of the official in Polokwane eskom tell my siater that they will fix that on january meaning we must spend the whole November and December without electricity. They even told my sister that there is nothing they can do and is not their problem of the units is finished.
How can a normal person say that to you as if you dont buy that electricity.Iyooo .zanzi people we are too much. Please eskom fix this mess before the country get frustrated next month

@peterteske4008

I've been waiting for those extra 20-digit numbers for months. There's always only one 20 digit-number, the credit token. Eskom has no customer service, so there's no way to find out what's going on (they make me wait on the phone for 50 minutes and simply disconnect the call when it's eventually my turn, never respond to emails, and that Alfred app is clueless).

@GladysNombusoMosia

We are phoning but they don't answer the phone.

@phumlampoqane

Hi how will I know I'm already registered?

@SandraBizarroTavares

Where do you buy the tokens?

@clintborez

Well…some of us are not getting the codes.

I just bought electricity via Capitec app but there is no 20 digit code

@JaneKgosana

i saw on the internet yesterday that there is an extention until may 2025.
