From the depth of my saved heart I want to say thank you!!!!
Its a No to salt in my plantains for me.Loving this version of Ayamase ❤❤❤
You have the right pronunciations and Grammar for those native names of spices and meats. Your diction are impeccable. Although we lost sound at a point in the video but it's all good. I always love watching your videos because your sound is one of the best in Africa as a content Creator. Good work you are doing. Please find time and reply to some of our posts. Your keyboard will not bite your fingers when you do so. ❤
Why are you watching your weight? You already look great, in fact, it is your weight that is watching you like 🤩
Hello, Thanks for this video..However, next time, could you please cook either without long painted nails, or with gloves on.
Not all oils are created equal. Industrial vegetable oils are terrible for your health and should not be consumed at all.
But natural fruit oils like unrefined palm oil, coconut oil, authentic olive oil, avocado oil, real butter from healthy animals etc, are good for the body and brain.
Our forefathers traditionally used natural palm oil and they didn't have all the terrible diseases we have now like heart attacks, cancer, high blood pressure etc, which skyrocketed after the introduction of Industrial vegetable oils such as:
Canola oil, sunflower or safflower oil, corn oil, soya oil etc..
Wow I can't wait to make it for myself look delicious and yummy 😋 thanks for sharing sis
Please how many minutes did you leave the plaintain in the oven.. I love this method Cos I'm not a frying fan
I’m trying this straight away thanks for sharing.
I ordered your cookbook and it's not here yet, it's been a week.
Thanks for this alternative. My husband banned me from enjoying my ofada stew because of the oil. This definitely will sell with him and I will go ahead to enjoy my favorite stew. Especially with beans.
Palm oil is unhealthy?
❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤, Yummy, Yummy. Thanks.
I have not have it for a very long time because of the oil but I will definitely try it next week!
Thanks very much for this I will definitely try it. 🤗🤗
I love your content ma
More God's blessing on you ma
Can we use dried chilli pepper instead? Not powdered oh whole dried pepper rather than roasting.
You make me like ayamase soup again because eating ayamase with too much oil has pushed me away from ayamase soup. It really looks like ayamase soup. This is authentic ayamase soup. Thank you. I'm so happy seeing this method of cooking ayamase soup. Ooooo my my my.
Have learnt something new. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I can’t wait to try this
I want some
Thanks Winnie…looks yummy😋 These days i just go in with olive oil for my ayamase-style stew instead of the bleached palm oil.
Great recipe. FYI: Crayfish isn’t healthy o, except you dried it yourself o. Crayfish bought in the market can't be trusted. Majority of the Crayfish you buy from the market are dried using SNIPER! Even stockfish. This message is for those living in 🇳🇬.
Nice vid. It is normal when you get some technical glitch here and there.
As regards salting I personally don't like it in everything like I have already added salt in my stew, I only need little to no salt on my plantain or rice.
As regards the links to your cookwares I still dey wait oo 😊
I just love your culinary innovations especially your emphasis on eating healthy. Keep it up dear ❤❤. Ps you look take away

Hello Winnie 🙂
Thanks for the tips!
