I make Ojojo like almost every week and it takes less than 10 minus for me. I dont use grates cos it scrapes my fingers. I found out the old Philip fruit juicer is very perfect to grate the yam. Scape it off and im add my salt, pepper and onion , white tine crayfish and off to frying. 10mins Im already chomping it down. Good thing is I dont bother with trying to wash to grater myself cos the Dishwasher will do a perfect job. Please if you dont have a dish washer and you dont have the patience of washing the juicer thoroughly, please skip my method and use a grater.
