i had a big surgery and i eat a tons of tramadol everyday more then a year and i never get addicted to it !!! Am ex heroin addict… morphine later on fentanyl, medicated later on suboxon that i didnt liked to buprenorfin… later on i ended up on methadone(pure evil). what i must say this is addictive F@$K heh maybe are they better with tramadol than with fentanyl and other shit!!! form me tramadol is all most nonaddictive even if you are in withdrawals from tramadol you dont know what real withdrawals are until you hook up on much powerful things.things can go so bad that i woudnt wish to my worst enemy. its really bad. i hope they dont get Fentanyl and benzos epidemic. At the end Tramadol is very different than other opiates. it behaves and works on different receptors. they are better with tramadol, i cant imagine being on hard opiates in very poor country with non or poor medical help
