Land Registration Process at Lands Comm.: Ensure you have documents before paying for a property

Am a Ghanaian in abroad. I have bought land in Ghana .Can I make someone register for me in my absence

We are still waiting is the problem, huh!

Can four people contribute to buy a land and divide it among ourselves

Why isn’t there a requirement ? The simple answer Ghana has a scamming culture therefore they deliberately allow open loop holes in the system for scammers to take advantage of

I feel sad for this country. It takes years to register a single property and the process is so cumbersome. Wish government could streamline the operations of Lands Commission and digitalize most of their processes. We are willing to even pay more for express registrations within a month or two so the government can earn more revenue. Something definitely needs to be done
